Product Description
YBBP series motor is designed for use in underground coal mine. The motor shell is welded from steel plate. The stator winding has a class H insulating structure and adopts VPl technique, the end of winding is fixed and binded reliably and also equipped with moisture-proof heating belt. The cage rotor adopts advanced cast aluminum process or copper bar, and has been balanced and calibrated to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the motor. A separate control junction box is set up to mitigate interference problem on control line signal. The control junction box and main junction box are generally placed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end), or can be customized based on user requirements. Both junction boxes are equipped with grounding marking and grounding bolt. Optional stator winding temperature measuring device,bearing temperature measuring device and other devices are also available for field observation and remote monitoring to ensure the safety of operation. The rated frequency of this series motor is 50Hz, maintaning constant torque operation in the range of 3~50Hz and constant power operation in the range of 50~100Hz. This series motor is characterized by low noise, less vibration, smallstarting current, heavy starting torque, smooth speed regulation, strong impact resistance and long service life.
