Product Description

YBC series motor is explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor for cutting part of shearer.This series of motor is water-cooled. The motor shell is welded from steel plate, the stator and rotor cores are made of high-quality silicon steel sheet with low loss and high permeability, the stator winding is made of class H insulating material and with VPI technique, and the rotor is treated using medium-frequency welding and hot shrinkage techniques. This series motor is characterized by low loss, high efficiency, substantial overload capacity and high power density, perfectly meeting the working conditions of underground mining machinery. The motor can also be customized with various temperature monitoring devices as per user request.
